We offer full contract rolling services and product development. With our extensive knowledge of bait we are here to help other companies in the carp fishing trade.
Over the years we have helped many companies if they have had machine failures or unable to cope due to high demands. We work with many well respected companies and act professionally ensuring we never disclose who we work for or recipes that are passed to us in the strictest of confidence.
Custom Pop Ups
We have various machines available to roll hook baits including pop ups and wafters and different colour combinations from washed out through to 2 tone hi vis variants.
When we produce pop ups or wafters we run tests on our customers preferred choice of rig before going into mass production ensuring we get the buoyancy correct.
Custom Boilies
We have the knowledge in house to create unique basemixes from scratch for our customers using the finest ingredients available from around the world.
Some of our customers already have recipes which we follow rigorously to ensure we maintain continuity in supply. We also have customers that supply the dry basemix and we just look after the rolling.
Custom Liquids & Glugs
If you are looking for a custom boilie glug or liquid we help formulate the correct liquids for your needs.
Utilising many different ingredients available we can create some of the the very best attractors available in today’s carp fishing world.
If you require the liquids to match your current range of baits this is possible and we are happy to develop to your requirements.
Custom Packaging & Labelling
We have in house capabilities to design custom labelling and packaging. We work closely with our customers to design the required labelling for packaging.
Part of our services is to package the finished products and add required labels to make your products stand out from the crowd.
