Become a part of the DT Baits family.
We are messaged on a daily basis from anglers that would like to join our team which is great however we are not looking to grow our team where you are just a number. We work different to most companies as we are not looking for 100’s of members on our team as we want to keep it more like an extended family.
Before going any further please ensure you read the following in full and take your time filling in the application form. Any applications that are incomplete or you haven’t put any thought into what you are writing will not be considered for a position on the Team.
What are we looking for in a team member?
- We expect you to have used our baits for a period of time prior to joining
- You need to have a keen eye for photography
- Be active on social media – Facebook & Instagram as a minimum
- Be a team player and being active with other members on our closed groups
- Contribute ideas and content the company can use
- Be a good ambassador for our brand
We have 2 tiers of our team which are as follows,
Team Members – Get a discount on any purchases through your own unique login to the website.
Consultants – We believe in promoting people up from team members once they have become a valued member of the team. These places do not come up often but when a position becomes available you may be offered it. This entitles you to a free bait allowance each year.
Important
- We do not accept people that hop between companies looking for the best deal
- Please be as accurate as possible when filling out the application
- Do not oversell yourself as it will not help you get a place on the team
- Be honest with the time you spend on the bank, most of us have family so understand it’s not all about fishing
- If your social media profiles are set to private we cannot take your application any further
- We will review your application and go through your social media profiles to see how active you are
- It’s impossible for us to respond to every application, if you are successful we will contact you
- If you are successful and currently we don’t have places you will be put on a waiting list
